Deep Tissue

This type of massage is used to heal adhesion or knots in your  fibers and connective tissue. By applying and manipulating a specific muscle or connective tissue area with very strong pressure, the muscle and connective tissue is helped in its repair and restoration to a healthy state. By correcting the injured muscle and connective tissue, better posture and coordination is gained as well as overall agility.​​​

Swedish Massage

Body Massage

This is the type of massage that everyone thinks about when they envision a massage. This form of massage was introduced in 1821 in Stockholm and consists of long, firm, gliding strokes, kneading of the muscles, and vibration taps to release tension. All physical movements during the massage are applied in the direction of the heart to encourage blood circulation and disposal of bodily waste.​
